The curriculum draws on deep practitioner expertise in financial strategy, behavioural finance, and real-world advising, but required a coherent, modern learning system capable of translating that knowledge into an accessible, scalable online experience.
Challenge
ManchesterCF Financial Intelligence held a wealth of nuanced financial insight developed over decades of advisory work. However, this expertise lived largely in tacit form—embedded in conversations, bespoke client materials, presentations, and legacy documents. There was no unified curriculum spine, no shared conceptual framework, and no structured digital pathway to guide learners from foundational understanding to confident, applied judgment. The challenge was not a lack of expertise, but the absence of a system capable of making that expertise teachable, durable, and scalable.
Solution
ALONSO.studio served as lead learning architect and systems designer, translating ManchesterCF’s advisory philosophy into a rigorous, learner-centred educational framework. The engagement defined the full curriculum structure across seventeen courses, established a clear conceptual progression, and transformed complex financial thinking into precise, narrative-driven instructional modules. The studio designed the UX, visual language, and LMS architecture, authored and structured self-paced courses grounded in adult-learning principles, and implemented systems for ongoing content evolution and AI-assisted knowledge reuse. The work emphasised clarity, coherence, and trust over simplification.

The engagement delivered a complete, future-proof learning ecosystem with a unified pedagogical and visual standard. ManchesterCF Financial Intelligence now operates within a scalable LMS designed to support new modules, audiences, and delivery formats without loss of coherence.
